How do I get into the facility?
After purchasing a membership, you will receive simple instructions on how to enter the building.
Will the membership be capped?
Yes, we limit the number of memberships to ensure availability and a great experience for members.
How do I use the technology?
After purchasing a membership, you will receive instructional content on how to operate all of the technology in the facility.
How do I use the swing cameras?
Members will receive instructions on how to set up, operate, and shut down the swing cameras as part of their onboarding.
What should I do at the end of my session?
Leave the bay in better condition than you found it. Return any training aids, unplug the iPhone, turn off the spotlight, but leave everything else on. Never turn off the computer.
Can I use my own golf balls?
Yes, but please make sure they are clean and do not have any marker on them. This helps keep the impact screen clean. We supply a limited number of golf balls that you are welcome to use. We have a strict one-ball per-bay policy to maintain professionalism and cleanliness.
Can I use my own tees?
No, tees are provided at varying lengths at the facility. Please do not use your own tees.
Can I wear my own golf shoes?
Yes. Golf shoes, casual shoes, or any clean footwear are acceptable. Please make sure your shoes are clean before entering.
Can I bring a guest?
Guest policies vary by membership tier. Failure to follow these policies may result in the loss of membership. If you bring a guest, you must stay in your reserved bay and respect other members' time and space.

What happens if something isn't working?
Each bay has troubleshooting index cards with guidance on common issues. If you notice something is not working properly, please report it.
Do you offer refunds or membership pauses?
Membership cancellations require a 30-day notice. All memberships auto-renew, similar to a streaming or internet service subscription. No refunds are provided for unused time, and memberships cannot be paused.
Is food and drink allowed?
Food & drink are not allowed in the hitting bays. You may bring a beverage with a lid, but please keep it outside of the turf area and away from computers and screens.
Is there a dress code?
No, players may wear whatever they like—as long as they are wearing something.
What is the expectation if I use the facility?
Treat the facility, equipment, and other members with respect. Use the facility as it's intended (golf improvement) and clean up your area after practice sessions. Failure to do so may result in loss of membership.
